Taismo- City of the Dead :: 13~Time Left: 2 hours, 0 minutes.

Since Tails and Cosmo have been hiding in this room they kept trading smiles. They both felt confident that they were going to make it out of this place.

Eventually they heard footsteps outside of the door. Tails was about to get ready to escape and picked up Cosmo, and attempted to fly, but then remembered; he can’t any more… He sighed and put Cosmo back down and stood protectively in front of her facing the door, and began to sweat. Without his flight, he was now terrified to battle a dark fox. But it didn’t occur to him that he had a second option now.

“Tails…” Cosmo whispere

Taismo- City of the Dead :: 12~Time Left: 5 hours, 0 minutes.

Four and a half hours have passed. Tails was now feeling a bit better and his back wasn’t near as bad as it was earlier. They were still in the lab; Tails felt too weak to take them somewhere else, but none the less, they felt safe enough in here. As time went by, Tails recovered most of his strength and he could stand and fly again.

“Thank you, Cosmo…” Tails said, “For aiding my sores…”

“Anything, Tails…” Cosmo smiled, “How are you feeling now?”

“Much better…” Tails let out a happy sigh.

Cosmo giggled and kissed him on the forehead

Taismo- City of the Dead :: 11~Time Left: 9 hours, 30 minutes.

After the dark fox had fired the black bolt, it seemed almost hopeless for Tails to dodge out of the way. The vent they were in was too narrow to dodge the bolt, which was heading straight for them.

Tails picked up his speed and raced for a left turn up ahead. Just before the bolt caught up to them, Tails barely got into the left turn in the vent up ahead and the bolt passed by and trailed down the vent and hit a dead end blowing a hole in the wall.

Tails kept racing through the vents with Cosmo and came to the end of the vent; closed off by a duct cover. The other side of the vent lead to a different room

It’s been 2 hours since Tails and Cosmo’s last encounter with a dark fox. They decided they’d stay in the room they were previously sent into until they had to make their next evacuation. During this time they basically sat together in silent wishes.

“Cosmo…?” Tails asked.

“Yes, Tails?” Cosmo wondered.

Tails looked at Cosmo with a sort of sad face, “I…” He stopped saying anything and looked back down at the floor and sighed.

Cosmo rubbed Tails’ back and smiled, “It’s okay, Tails. You can tell me anything. What’s wrong?”

It’s been 2 and a half hours since Tails and Cosmo’s last encounter with a dark fox. Since then they’ve been hiding in another room they found, which appeared to be a storage room containing lots of old pre-used household items. Tails figured it was as good as any, and they may as well just stay in there; that is, until they are found again…

Tails and Cosmo were both very tired. Tails refused to sleep again and kept watch, allowing Cosmo to get some rest.

Cosmo woke up to a small thud, “Did you hear that, Tails?”
