Greetings, everyone!
I've got something to share... A little reflection on my past and how I produced my artwork.
When I first came to DeviantArt, I was still in high school. Since the beginning of my digital art, I have done 'everything' in Flash. School tried teaching me how to use Photoshop, and I finished my Photoshop assignments in Flash. Adobe Illustrator was another program they tried teaching me, in which, I finished those assignments in Flash as well. And the hilarious thing was I passed them all despite being complete in the incorrect program. Heck, back then, I was so obsessed with using Flash, that when I was supposed to make a document form (a text file), I made that in Flash, too. Why? I have no idea. Probably because I could.
So anyway, a little bit on how I've actually done my art...
Ever since the start of my experience in Flash, I drew everything in it with a 'mouse'. I'd start with maybe a square, circle or a line, and I would stretch corners and edges, to twist and mold my shapes into 2D sculptures, and I did lots, and lots of copy-pasting to save time. And this used to be so fun for me!
However, you have seen my decline in artwork. My submissions have slowed down over the course of time, to the point my channel almost feels dead. Well, that's because... Drawing with the mouse, shaping and molding my pictures together from a square, is getting kind of un-fun. I don't like doing it any more. It pains me to open Flash now because of this tedious struggle of accurately twisting images together. I have been trying to figure out why I don't have fun doing what I used to enjoy. And it all keeps coming back to the mouse.
The thing is, I love sketching things on paper. I do it quite often, actually, even little mundane scribbles. I fill pages of concept art on paper, and I only dream about putting them in the scanner to trace them in Flash. Then I think about the mouse again. So I go back to my paper.
I needed to do something about this. If I wanted a future in being creative, I had to make an investment.
So, after many moons, I've decided to invest in a Wacom tablet. And the one I purchased was not cheap. It was indeed an investment and a half, but I have high hopes that it will make digital art, animation, and game development, fun again. I didn't want to get a cheaper one, because I wanted one that I knew would get me where I want to go. The one I purchased has a built-in screen; the Wacom Cintiq 13HD Creative Pen Display (Try saying that three times fast).
I don't have it yet, as it's on order. But I'll be receiving it in a few days... And I really hope this payment was worth the risk.
Here's to a brighter future!

Cosmic Rush 2.1 and Tails' Nightmare 3 demos
Hi, everyone! Just thought I'd pop in to let you all know that no, I am not dead. Yay! So, as of recently, I've been receiving lots of messages from fans; old, new, and industrial ceiling fans alike. Yes, I read these messages and comments when and if I can get around to them, and while I don't always reply, note that I appreciate them all! My old source files have been found in the depths of my storage devices!! People have been looking for the game files (myself included) for a long time. A few days ago, the original Cosmic Rush 2.0 file had been found by Luma Emu. Thanks for digging so deep to finding this! The timing of their discovery, and now the findings of my original edit source files, being so close together are crazy. Where I found my source files ended up being on a USB stick that had been hidden away. So, as a small treat, I've made a slight update to Cosmic Rush 2. I didn't add much, but you will notice a "?????" on the main menu... Play Cosmic Rush 2.1, Tails'
Tails Nightmare 3: Why it's dead.
Greetings! Yes, I still live.
I often get asked about this project still.
If you google search for Tails' Nightmare 1 or 2, or even Tails' Nightmare 3's demo, you'll acknowledge they cease to exist.
You may find links where you can play it, but the browser won't let you. It will say "Adobe Flashplayer is Blocked".
Unless you download very specific ways to play Flash games, you can't play it. There is no future for Flash games.
As Adobe has told us a couple of years ago, "in 2020, Flashplayer will be discontinued, and will no longer work on your browsers".
I have stopped developing Tails' Nightmare 3 a very long time ago, because I've fo
New Artwork Released!
I can not believe it has been so incredibly long since I've uploaded any artwork. I think my last upload has been in like, 2014?
After lots of tedious practice with my tablet that I have recently purchased (as mentioned in My Last Entry), I've finally drawn something that I was satisfied enough with to share.
It took some getting used to, but I'm really enjoying using my new tablet. At first it was frustrating, but I got the hang of it, and I'm still learning.
I hope you like the result! It feels good to be drawing again. Hopefully you'll see more artwork at a faster pace from me. It's been too long!

Poll Questions Relevant to my Games
Greetings!
So, while Tails' Nightmare 3 has been declared "cancelled", there are still somehow comments floating around regarding its whereabouts. Truly I am grateful that everyone appreciates my classics, and believe me, it was not easy for me to decide to end the project. The original files were just too slow, and if it were to be finished at all, I would have to redo the entire engine from scratch. And as a result, I felt it would benefit me more to take the opportunity to start something new and original.
Now, due to the regular comments asking about Tails' Nightmare 3's cancellation, it's been drifting my thoughts back and forth about
